Rose Garden Poolhouse
New Vernon, New Jersey

The goal of this pool house was to not have it overwhelm the grand rose garden view. To achieve this we divided the pool house into two small symmetrical structures. Splitting the structure created a outdoor courtyard in which we placed the fireplace hearth.

Happy Poolhouse People

Approximately 10 years ago, perfectPoolhouse designed a wonderful 500-sf pool house for us. The design included a bathroom, full kitchen, laundry room, high-ceiling living/dining area, an outdoor shower and a 150-SF basement for utilities and storage. A separate area for the pool equipment is strategically placed to be easily accessible but sound buffered.

The pool house has been enjoyed immensely by our family from May 15 to Sept 30 every year since. Numerous dinner, birthday and social parties have been hosted at “PP's” amazing pool house design! The pool house significantly extends the use of the pool and our backyard.
